Refunds and Returns 

We want all our customers to buy with confidence and be 100% satisfied. However, in the rare event you are not completely satisfied with your order, or you have received a defective product, please contact

We will be happy to honour an exchange, excluding shipping, within 14 days of purchase. To receive an exchange, items need to be in re-saleable condition, unused and unwashed and in original and undamaged packaging.

Please include original invoice or receipt with all exchanges.

Tootie Tot Designs will not cover shipping costs for exchanges, so please either include a self-addressed postal envelope or make alternative payment arrangements.


Privacy Policy 

Tootie Tot Designs values our customers and their privacy.  We do not share the information you provide to third parties under any circumstances.



All purchases are shipped from Rhode Island by USPS first-class mail.  Purchases are shipped within 3 to 4 business days.  Amount is based upon your location upon check out.  If you need to make special arrangements for shipping, please contact us or leave a comment in the message box when checking out.  We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.  We package and ship all our items with care but we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages once we have shipped them off to you.  To protect your goods during travel, we recommend opting for shipping insurance for $2.00 during checkout.  

Internationally Shipping

Although we are sure that Tootie Tots would be loved all around the world, we currently do not yet ship internationally.

Gift Certificates

You will receive a printable gift certificate emailed to you within 1 business day with a personalized promo code valid in our online shop. Gift Certificates expire 6 months after purchase and are non-refundable.
